Conflict & Adversity

January 15, 2008

It is my thought that we are most like Christ when conflict arises.  Just as Christ entered into the word to produce reconciliation where there was conflict, we are most like Him when we consider others first and extend mercy as Christ did us.  We are most Christlike when we lay down our rights to self and pick up the responsibility to extend grace.

As such we don’t flee conflict, but rather we go where it exist and we bring courage, mercy and selflessness.
